In this sacred moment, I recognize God is all there is, and God is the only thing there
is.Â
I am united with all that God is, as such I am a beloved child of the universe, deserving of love, care, and nourishment. One with God, I accept that self-care is an essential practice in my life, allowing me to honor and nurture myself on all levels - mind, body, and spirit.
I declare I am worthy of self-love and self-compassion. I release any guilt or judgment
that may hinder my ability to prioritize my own well-being. I embrace the Truth that
taking care of myself is not selfish, but rather an act of self-respect and empowerment.
I choose to surround myself with people, environments, and experiences that uplift and
inspire me. I set healthy boundaries to protect my energy and allow me to prioritize my
self-care.
With deep gratitude and unwavering faith, I release my word to Law, knowing it is
already fulfilled as I embrace a life of self-care. And so, it is, now and forevermore.
