Affirmative Prayer Treatment is a form of prayer used by Dr. Ernest Holmes, founder of Religious Science and author of The Science of Mind as well as many other metaphysical works. A treatment is focused on a positive outcome rather than a negative situation. If you want to manifest a certain condition (perfect health, wealth, or being at choice as in this example), say the treatment out loud as the truth, knowing that it is so!
Foreword for the Treatment for Being at Choice
Here is both the good news and the bad news. You make your own future. You have been doing it for years. If you look back, you will see where you have created both negative and positive events and experiences.
Life is about choice, and the thoughts you think and the words you speak are what Spirit / The Universe / The One / God hears. It is those thoughts and words that symbolize choice. To make the best choices, pay attention to your words and thoughts—and your actions, too. Acts of kindness beget kindness. Loving actions beget love. Expressing joy begets joy. Healthy eating begets healing.
No matter the subject, this principle of conscious choice works. Thoughts and words of success create success. Thoughts and words of health and well-being create wholeness. Thoughts and words of joy create satisfaction in life—and even bliss.
Be mindful of how you think about and speak to others, and more importantly, to yourself. You are creating your next experience.

Treatment for Being at Choice
I choose to know the Truth of Life. I choose to know the truth about who and what I am. I recognize that there is One Source, One Power, One Divine Presence, and it is all there is. It is who and what I am.
I am a vibrant, energetic expression of this One. I live, move and have my being knowing this truth, and I love and appreciate this in all my life. I am wealthy, healthy and joyful. I appreciate knowing this truth and intend to demonstrate it in everything I do.
I am thrilled to know this and appreciate knowing the Law of the Universe does the work. I love and accept my life. All is good. So it is.
