The Cultivation of Joy

“The decision to set the mind on the higher things of life is an act of the will. That is why celebration is a descipline.... It is a result of a consciously chosen way of thinking and living.” ~ Richard J. Foster

Oh, how grateful I am to embrace the fact that God is, God is all there is, and God is the ONLY thing there is. And as God is all there is, God is joy and sadness, rising and falling, darkness and light. As I live the only life there is- the life of only God, I am whole (Covid 20 #s and all).

Right now, as I emerge from over a year of COVID safety isolation, I consciously choose to cultivate joy in my life. I surrender the illusion of myself controlling outcomes and just welcome my highest good showing up. I easily see and joyously accept every thing I desire NOW. I focus on good, good, and always good, releasing me from my prison of my own worry making; propelling me into my ultimate freedom- celebrating joy as my consciousness. I have rearranged the direction of my heart to be filled with the joy germ.

I am grateful that I can see joy radiating from every thing, every person, and every experience. I am grateful that joy is the truth of my mind, my heart, my life.

So, having set my mind on joy, I can relax, releasing my Word to Law. Love points the way and the Law makes the way possible. I affirm this by knowing SO IT IS! Repeat the sounding Joy!

Amen and Alleluia!
