I Walk with Peace and Joy

“Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. “ Prayer of St. Francis

God is all that there is. God is the beautiful expression of Peace and Joy. It is present everywhere and it is my infinite source.

Today , I embrace this opportunity and affirm that my actions are in alignment with this spiritual truth. I practice non judgement in my interaction with others; I speak the truth with kindness and respect. I listen with the heart of love and compassion; I am kind to myself and others. I serve with joy and infinite gratitude.

And so it is!

Dios es todo lo que existe. Dios es la bella expresión de la Paz y la Alegría. Dios está presente en todo momento y es mi fuente infinita.

Hoy, abrazo esta oportunidad y afirmo que mis acciones están alineadas con esta verdad espiritual. Yo pongo en práctica el no juicio en mi interacción con otros. Expreso la verdad con respeto y amabilidad. Escucho a otros con el corazón del amor y la compasión. Soy amable conmigo misma y con otros. Sirvo con amor y gratitud.
